QD Bushing
The Martin "Quick Detachable" bushings are easy to install and remove. They are split through flange and taper to provide a true clamp on the shaft that is the equivalent of a shrink fit. |

Weld–on Hub
Martin Weld–on hubs are suitable for use in many applications, such as welding to plate steel sprockets. Weld–on hubs are made of steel, drill tapped, and taper bored for QD bushings. |

Bolt–on Hub
SM & BF Bolt–on hubs are designed for use with the Taper Bushings. They provide a convenient means of securing fan rotors, impellers, agitators, and other devices that must be fastened firmly to shafts. |

- - Over 400 bush size/bore combinations available for installation on both metric and imperial shafts.
- - Full range of products available to accept Taper Bush – "V" Pulley, Timing and HTS Pulleys, Sprockets,
Shaft Couplings, and Hubs.
- - Keys not required on light/medium duty applications.
- - Accommodates shaft limits of +0.051 mm to –0.127 mm (+0.002" to –0.005").
- - Unique 4–hole design gives better balanced drives.

- - Dual duty design to I.S.O. 4138. Dual duty pulleys accept both Wedge and "V"–Belts.
- - High grade, close grain grey iron is used for construction.
- - All pulleys make with G6.3 static balance. Dynamic balance is available on request.
- - Rim speeds to a maximum of 40m/s (8000 feet/min).
- - 3V, 5V, 8V, QD bore and special designs available.
